Construction Helper

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Construction Helper to join our on‑site team in Fujairah. The role supports the construction crew across multiple projects, ensuring tasks are carried out safely and efficiently while providing hands‑on experience in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradespeople by transporting materials and tools to work areas.
• Prepare work sites by clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting up temporary structures.
• Operate and maintain basic hand and power tools under supervision.
• Assemble, disassemble, and store scaffolding, forms, and equipment.
• Perform site cleanup at the end of each shift to maintain a safe and organized environment.
• Support material handling, including loading, unloading, and organizing supplies on‑site.
• Monitor and report safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or unsafe conditions to supervisors.
• Assist with inventory management and tracking of tools and supplies.
• Set up signage, barriers, and safety zones as part of site logistics.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lb and standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with a clean record (if required for site access).
• Pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screening.
