About the role
We are seeking a reliable Construction Helper to support daily operations on our building sites in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves assisting skilled tradespeople, handling materials, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist construction workers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other skilled laborers as needed.
- Load, unload, and distribute building materials across the site.
- Set up and dismantle ladders, scaffolding, and temporary structures.
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete or asphalt.
- Clean work areas, tools, and equipment at the end of each day.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
Required profile
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to take direction and work as part of a team.
