Construction Manager – Buildings (PMC)

About the role

Parsons is seeking an experienced PMC Construction Manager to lead building projects across Abu Dhabi. You will join a dedicated PMC team responsible for delivering multiple large‑scale building developments while ensuring quality, safety, and schedule performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery management for a portfolio of building projects, coordinating contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Monitor site progress, quality, and HSE performance; identify risks and drive corrective actions.
• Chair and participate in coordination and progress meetings, ensuring clear reporting and documentation.
• Assist with project planning and execution, including interface management and resolution of construction challenges.
• Provide leadership to site teams and enforce agreed processes, standards, and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a construction‑related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in building construction delivery and site execution, preferably on large projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and industry practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to operate in a client‑facing PMC environment.
