Construction Manager – Dubai, UAE

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Construction Manager to lead site operations in Dubai. The successful candidate will independently oversee daily construction activities, coordinate all parties on‑site, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily construction activities and site operations.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, subcontractors and consultants.
• Monitor project schedules, progress, costs and quality.
• Review drawings, shop drawings, method statements and material submittals.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and workmanship.
• Identify and resolve construction issues, delays and risks.
• Prepare and review BOQs, progress reports, payment applications and variations.
• Evaluate EOT claims and contractual matters and provide recommendations.
• Maintain proper project documentation and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 6–8 years of relevant construction experience.
• Minimum 4–5 years of proven experience in Dubai/UAE.
• Strong experience in civil construction and finishing works.
• Proven ability to manage construction sites independently.
• Knowledge of construction planning, scheduling and methodology.
• Experience in BOQ preparation, cost control and contract administration.
• Experience handling variations, EOT claims and progress payments.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC, drawings, specifications and technical submittals.

What we offer

• Salary range AED 9,000 – AED 16,000 per month.
