Construction Manager - High-Rise Buildings

About the role

An urgent vacancy for a Construction Manager specializing in high-rise buildings, based in the UAE. The role sits within a main contractor and requires extensive hands-on experience managing site execution and large-scale projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 13 to 16 years of core building construction experience.
• Mandatory experience with reputed main contracting companies; the last company must have executed high-rise buildings of at least 50 floors.
• Proven ability to manage site execution, construction teams, subcontractors and project resources.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, clients and project management teams.
• UAE/GCC construction experience preferred.
• Backgrounds in infrastructure, roads, oil & gas, landscaping and precast are not considered.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, planning, quality control and HSE standards.
• Site management and team coordination.

The salary budget is AED 30,000 to 35,000 per month. Candidates should state their last company and its project details and building height on the CV.
