Construction Manager - High-Rise Tower, Dubai

About the role

Guildhall is recruiting a Construction Manager for a large construction company delivering major building projects for a range of clients. The role takes full site responsibility for a live high-rise build in Dubai, from subcontractor control through to QA/QC and HSE enforcement. The business is growing its site leadership team as project volume increases, and describes this as a rare seat for someone who wants to run a tower rather than manage a function around one.

Key responsibilities

• Run daily site operations for a live high-rise build end to end
• Direct scheduling, resource allocation and day-to-day troubleshooting on site
• Enforce HSE, QA/QC and UAE building code compliance across the project
• Coordinate structural and MEP interfaces with architects and consultants
• Review shop drawings, manage change orders, permits and progress reporting
• Control costs, manage materials and certify subcontractor payments

Required profile

• Experience delivering large-scale high-rise towers
• A managerial track record delivering similar projects within the UAE and beyond
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Strong working knowledge of local construction regulations
• Experience coordinating with international consultants and architects is an advantage

Required skills

• Proficiency in Primavera or MS Project
