Construction Manager HVAC

About the role

Innovo is looking for a Construction Manager HVAC to manage all HVAC system installations on assigned MEP projects. The role coordinates resources and subcontractors to deliver mechanical works safely, to quality standards and on programme.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily HVAC installation activities and coordinate with MEP and civil teams
• Sequence ductwork, chilled water piping and equipment installation to meet project milestones
• Ensure installations comply with ASHRAE, CIBSE and project specifications, and manage inspection requests with the consultant and client
• Oversee HVAC testing and commissioning in coordination with the T&C team and ensure systems are ready on schedule
• Manage site teams, supervisors and specialist subcontractors, monitor the programme and implement recovery measures when needed
• Enforce HSE requirements, conduct safety walkthroughs and toolbox talks
• Introduce modern tools, technologies and processes that improve efficiency and transparency

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 10-12 years of HVAC MEP construction experience, including 3+ years in a site management role
• Proven site management and coordination skills
