Construction Manager II

About the role

Worley is seeking a Construction Manager II to lead construction support for complex energy and resources projects in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures that all fabrication and installation work aligns with client specifications and project schedules, while promoting safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Provide construction support and ensure work follows client fabrication and installation specifications.
• Coordinate with the client to clarify construction methods and expedite review of documents and drawings.
• Review design packages early to eliminate rework and optimise construction processes.
• Chair constructability reviews and act as the primary interface for fabrication and construction queries.
• Develop and maintain workpacks, including testing requirements, specialist tools, and vendor identification.
• Promote cost‑reduction and productivity initiatives across the multi‑disciplinary project team.
• Ensure HSSE compliance throughout all construction activities.
