Construction Manager

About the role

KBR is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead oil & gas construction projects in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on installing feed gas compressors, managing brownfield projects, and ensuring safe, on‑time delivery of assets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee installation of feed gas compressors to meet pressure specifications.
• Manage brownfield construction projects from planning through execution.
• Lead and coordinate direct and indirect site manpower to achieve planned progress.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC and other regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with EPC contractors, sub‑contractors, and client teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 20+ years of experience in the oil & gas industry.
• Minimum 10 years as a Construction Manager on oil & gas projects.
• At least 5 years managing construction in the Middle East.
• Experience as SMP Construction Manager or Deputy Construction Manager.
• Proven leadership and strong English communication skills.
