Construction Manager

About the role

Future Builders Engineering is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the execution of diverse building projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing day‑to‑day site activities, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily construction activities across assigned projects.
• Oversee execution of villas, industrial/factory buildings, mosques, and high‑rise/tower developments.
• Coordinate site teams, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
• Monitor progress, manpower, resources, productivity, and site performance against the programme.
• Collaborate closely with consultants, clients, technical, procurement, planning, and commercial departments.
• Identify risks, delays, and site constraints and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance with quality, HSE, authority, and contractual requirements.
• Review construction sequences and resolve technical and multidisciplinary coordination issues.
• Participate in progress and coordination meetings, providing clear status updates.
• Support project handover, snagging, testing, commissioning, and close‑out activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Strong experience in building construction and general contracting projects.
• Proven delivery of villas, factories/industrial buildings, mosques, and towers/high‑rise buildings.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary site teams, subcontractors, and multiple work fronts.
• Familiarity with UAE construction practices, consultants, clients, and local authorities (preferred).
