Construction Manager – Ports & Marine

About the role

The Construction Manager – Ports & Marine will lead EPC marine construction projects for Egis in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing all phases of marine infrastructure works, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Direct day‑to‑day site operations, manage resources and subcontractors.
• Plan, schedule and monitor progress of piling, quay wall, slipway, pontoon, coastal protection and dredging works.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities and other stakeholders.
• Drive productivity improvements and ensure HSE and quality standards are met.
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation for project performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing construction projects, preferably in marine environments.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
