Construction Manager – Supporting Infrastructure

About the role

AtkinsRealis is seeking an experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in supporting infrastructure to lead a multi‑functional site supervision team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing large‑scale, mixed‑use projects such as hospitality, retail and entertainment developments, ensuring they meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse site supervision team delivering multiple mega‑projects.
• Coordinate stakeholder interfaces across client departments and government agencies.
• Control overall construction activities, monitor contractor compliance and progress against schedule.
• Guarantee delivery within time, cost, quality and health & safety standards.
• Allocate resources efficiently to meet current and future commitments.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in a similar senior role.
• Degree qualified (BSc, BEng, BA or equivalent) and Chartered status.
• Proven track record delivering large, multi‑functional projects.
• Strong ability to build long‑term client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
