Construction Mechanical Completion Engineer Digital Trainer

About the role

The Digital Trainer / Site Digital Reference will act as the on‑site champion for digital tools that support Mechanical Completion and Handover processes. Working on the Hail & Ghasha project in Ruwais, Abu Dhabi, you will enable project personnel to work autonomously while complying with corporate standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the focal point for all digital applications, including D365 Construction Handover, MaterPad, MileMate, IoT4Met, ServiceNow and PowerBI dashboards.
• Interpret and apply procedures and guidelines related to digital tools and Mechanical Completion.
• Deliver structured training, onboarding and refresher sessions to site staff, contractors and subcontractors.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to ensure correct and compliant use of digital platforms.
• Monitor adoption, troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement of digital workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 120 months (10 years) of experience in construction, mechanical completion or related fields.
• Proven ability to work in a rotating schedule (60 days on‑site, 10 days off, 2 travel days).
• Strong communication skills to train and support diverse site teams.
