Construction Project Manager – High‑rise Projects – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of high‑rise building projects for a leading international main contractor in Dubai. The role involves overseeing all phases of construction, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of high‑rise construction projects across the UAE.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams, subcontractors, consultants and client relationships.
• Control programme, budget, quality, health & safety and contractual obligations.
• Monitor project performance, mitigate risks and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Prepare and present progress reports and ensure compliance with local construction regulations.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of construction experience in the GCC, with at least 4 years as a Project Manager on major building projects.
• Proven track record delivering high‑rise developments in the UAE or GCC.
• Hands‑on main‑contracting experience in the region.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, project controls and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Available to join immediately or within a 4‑week notice period.
