Construction Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to lead complex repair and restoration projects for STRUCTURAL in Abu Dhabi, with occasional support for Dubai and other GCC locations. The role involves overseeing self‑performed projects, managing contracts, schedules, and financial performance while ensuring safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage self‑performed complex repair and restoration projects from inception to close‑out.
• Prepare and negotiate contracts in collaboration with internal contracts teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules together with field leadership.
• Control profit & loss, forecast financials, and monitor risk exposure.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Field Managers, Project Engineers, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with estimators and sales to review bids and develop proposals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 5–12 years of experience in commercial construction or restoration, including structural concrete repair, waterproofing, façade repair or historic restoration.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic speaking and writing is a plus.
• Strong leadership, team collaboration, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
