About the role
We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to lead on‑site activities for our projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves coordinating with project teams, ensuring safety standards, and delivering construction work on schedule and budget.
Key responsibilities
- Attend pre‑construction, weekly safety, project and informational meetings and translate plans into actionable site activities.
- Plan, execute and complete assigned construction projects while maintaining quality and safety.
- Provide analysis and input to develop and update the primary construction schedule.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of construction plans, including any revisions.
- Review job costs, identify variances and take corrective actions.
- Ensure accurate material and supply counts before ordering to avoid delays.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry, including time as a Site Superintendent.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and site management.
Required skills
- Procore contract management software.
- Primavera P6 scheduling experience.
