Construction Superintendent (Instrumentation)

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Superintendent (Instrumentation) to lead on‑site execution of instrumentation works for a large‑scale EPC project in Abu Dhabi. The role reports to the project management team and ensures that all instrumentation activities are delivered safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the installation, testing and commissioning of instrumentation systems across the on‑shore plant.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, subcontractors and client representatives to align schedules and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with KBR safety, quality and environmental procedures.
• Monitor progress, manage change orders and report performance metrics to senior management.
• Lead on‑site inspections, audits and hand‑over activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
• At least 15 years executing EPC contracts, with a strong background in instrumentation.
• Experience on on‑shore projects, preferably in mega EPC programmes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
