Construction Superintendent – Piping

About the role
We are seeking a Construction Superintendent specialized in piping to lead offshore construction activities in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures safe, timely and compliant execution of major oil‑and‑gas projects.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise piping installation, fabrication and testing offshore.
- Review drawings, isometrics and method statements for accuracy.
- Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC and planning teams.
- Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity and schedule adherence.
- Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues and enforce HSE standards.
- Ensure compliance with international codes such as ASME and API.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in major oil & gas projects.
- At least 8 years of offshore experience.
- Mandatory GCC experience, preferably with ADNOC Group companies.
Required skills
- Offshore construction practices and mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of ADNOC standards, ASME and API codes.
- Strong understanding of HSE regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple contractors and stakeholders.
