Construction Supervisor / Foreman (Dubai)

About the role

The Construction Supervisor / Foreman will lead daily site operations in Dubai, ensuring that all construction activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards. Reporting directly to management, the role combines hands‑on supervision with coordination of multiple trades.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Supervise and direct workers, subcontractors, and trades to achieve project milestones.
• Coordinate work schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress against plans.
• Track employee performance, provide feedback, and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and report daily progress to senior management.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Supervisor, Foreman, or Team Leader in construction.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to organise tasks, manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.
• Professional, responsible and disciplined attitude, able to work under pressure.
