Construction Supervisor

About the role

Pearl City Construction is seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead on‑site activities in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing daily construction operations, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate and schedule daily project activities, ensuring workers follow the project plan and safety procedures.
• Create site plans and safe work procedures.
• Report, investigate and document all safety incidents and injuries.
• Collaborate with the project manager, engineers, and inspectors to execute the project plan.
• Monitor project expenditures, identify variances and implement corrective actions to meet the construction budget.
• Conduct quality inspections and maintain daily progress reports.
• Provide supervision, training, and coaching to staff.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in field supervision or project management.
• University or college diploma in a relevant construction or engineering program.
• Experience with site operations, preferably in froth treatment plants.
• Strong knowledge of construction inspection practices and testing methods.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency with scheduling and project management software, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
