Consultant - Account Services Associate

About the role

The Consultant – Account Services Associate will perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) reviews as part of periodic KYC refresh activities, ensuring that customer information remains current, complete and compliant with UAE regulatory and AML/CFT requirements. The role works closely with Relationship Managers, Operations, Compliance and Financial Crime teams to resolve any data gaps or compliance concerns.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct CDD reviews, verify identification documents, residency, employment and business activity details.
• Assess customer risk ratings, flag changes and escalate where further due‑diligence is required.
• Validate and maintain accurate CDD records in bank systems, ensuring completeness and compliance.
• Identify missing documentation or discrepancies and coordinate with stakeholders for resolution.
• Maintain productivity while meeting monthly performance metrics for case completion, accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor case SLA/TAT, assign tasks, and follow up on outstanding requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in periodic review/transaction processing within the HRAR Business Banking ARC unit or similar banking back‑office function.
• Strong knowledge of Entity Periodic Review and Transaction Processing policies.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office and excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
