Consultant Cardiothoracic Surgeon – Immediate Hiring

About the role

Talentspoc is looking for an experienced Consultant Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The role offers immediate hiring and the opportunity to work in a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary environment, contributing to the advancement of cardiothoracic services in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and manage patients with complex cardiothoracic conditions requiring surgery.
• Plan and perform a range of cardiothoracic procedures, including coronary artery bypass, valve repair/replacement, and thoracic surgeries.
• Utilise minimally invasive and innovative surgical techniques to optimise outcomes.
• Collaborate with cardiologists, anesthesiologists and other specialists for comprehensive patient care.
• Oversee pre‑operative and post‑operative care, ensuring safe recovery.
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with UAE healthcare regulations.
• Participate in clinical research and continuous professional development.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Completed General Surgery residency and Cardiothoracic Surgery fellowship.
• Board certification or recognised equivalent in Cardiothoracic Surgery.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Cardiothoracic Surgeon, preferably in the Middle East.
• Valid medical licence to practice in the UAE.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to perform under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient safety.
