About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Consultant in Critical Care Medicine to join our leading hospital in Dubai. The role involves delivering the highest level of care to critically ill patients while working alongside a dynamic multidisciplinary team in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead management of critically ill patients in the intensive care unit using advanced medical technologies and evidence‑based practices.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Conduct regular patient assessments and adjust treatment protocols as clinical conditions evolve.
• Mentor and train junior medical staff and residents, fostering a culture of learning.
• Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in research projects and clinical trials to advance knowledge in critical‑care medicine.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or equivalent qualification in Critical Care Medicine.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams in an intensive care setting.
• Commitment to mentorship, continuous learning and professional development.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families and healthcare colleagues.
