Consultant Endodontist – Lucrative Salary Package in UAE

About the role

A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in the UAE is expanding its endodontic services. The Consultant Endodontist will join a multidisciplinary dental team, delivering advanced root canal therapy, pain management and microsurgical procedures to a diverse international patient base.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage pulpal, periapical and dental pain conditions.
• Perform root canal treatment, retreatment, apical surgery and trauma‑related endodontic care.
• Deliver complex and microsurgical endodontic procedures using microscopes, CBCT and modern rotary/reciprocating systems.
• Assess cracked teeth, failed treatments and periapical pathology, creating comprehensive treatment plans.
• Collaborate with restorative dentists, prosthodontists, periodontists and oral surgeons.
• Provide patient counselling on prognosis, options, risks and follow‑up.
• Maintain infection control, radiographic safety, informed consent and accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

Required profile

• Recognised specialist qualification in Endodontics (MDS, DClinDent, MSc or equivalent).
• Board certification such as American Board of Endodontics or comparable fellowship.
• Internationally trained with specialist registration where applicable.
• Strong clinical experience in advanced endodontic and microsurgical techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
