Consultant Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Consultant / Specialist Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician to join a leading multispecialty hospital in Dubai. The role involves delivering comprehensive women’s reproductive health services, from routine antenatal care to advanced gynecologic procedures, within a modern, JCI‑accredited environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full‑cycle obstetric care, including antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal management.
• Conduct prenatal examinations, fetal monitoring, risk assessments and manage both normal and high‑risk pregnancies.
• Perform vaginal deliveries and caesarean sections as clinically indicated.
• Diagnose and treat gynecological conditions such as hormonal disorders, menstrual abnormalities, infections and reproductive health issues.
• Carry out gynecologic surgeries, including minimally invasive and laparoscopic procedures.
• Offer preventive services like cervical cancer screening, family planning, contraception counselling and menopause management.
• Collaborate with neonatologists, radiologists, anesthesiologists and other specialists to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in audits, quality improvement and maternal health initiatives.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or specialist qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology (e.g., American Board, UK Royal College, etc.).
• Minimum of 3 years post‑specialist experience in obstetric and gynecologic practice.
• Experience managing both routine and high‑risk pregnancies.
• Proven ability to perform minimally invasive and laparoscopic gynecologic surgeries.
• Strong knowledge of international obstetric and gynecologic guidelines and UAE healthcare regulations.
