SearchPlus HR Consultancy is seeking a Consultant Specialist in Orthopedic Surgery to join a leading healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi. The role involves delivering high‑quality surgical care for a broad spectrum of musculoskeletal conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnose orthopedic disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, including surgical and non‑surgical options.
• Perform orthopedic surgical procedures such as joint replacements and trauma surgeries.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow‑up care.

Required profile

• Medical degree with a valid license to practice as a Consultant/Specialist in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Extensive experience in orthopedic surgery, particularly joint replacement and trauma care.
• Strong knowledge of current musculoskeletal conditions and surgical techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
