Consultant Specialist Plastic Surgeon – UK CCT

About the role

A leading private healthcare group in the UAE is expanding its surgical team and seeks an experienced Consultant / Specialist Plastic Surgeon with UK CCT. The role involves delivering high‑quality plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic procedures while upholding patient safety and clinical excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, assessments and pre‑operative evaluations.
• Perform a wide range of plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgical procedures.
• Develop individualized surgical and treatment plans and manage pre‑ and post‑operative care.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, dermatologists, nurses and other specialists.
• Maintain accurate, confidential medical records in line with UAE healthcare standards.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality‑improvement initiatives and departmental meetings.
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and international clinical standards.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) with UK CCT in Plastic Surgery.
• Specialist registration and eligibility for DHA licensing.
• Significant post‑CCT clinical experience in plastic surgery, preferably in a private hospital setting.
• Strong surgical, diagnostic and clinical decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
