Contact Center Agent – Hindi, Bengali & Arabic Speaking (L1)

About the role

The Customer Service Agent will be the first point of contact for users of Xad Technologies' fintech platforms. You will provide seamless assistance across digital payments, wallet services, transactions and other financial products while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound interactions via phone, email, chat and digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries about payments, wallets, transactions, account onboarding, KYC, refunds and disputes.
• Resolve complaints within defined SLAs and escalate technical or compliance issues to internal teams.
• Guide users on fintech products to encourage adoption and usage.
• Maintain accurate interaction records in CRM systems.
• Support fraud prevention by identifying and reporting suspicious activity.
• Ensure adherence to data‑privacy and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute feedback to improve customer journeys and meet KPIs such as CSAT, resolution time and quality scores.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT or a related field.
• 1–3 years of customer‑service experience, preferably in fintech, banking or digital payments.
• Strong understanding of digital financial products and basic compliance principles (KYC, AML).
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to work in shifts in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Experience with ticketing tools.
