Content Creation Specialist (Adobe Creative Suite Qualified)

About the role

The Content Creation Specialist will join Al Masaood Bergum’s marketing team in Abu Dhabi, crafting compelling copy and visual assets across digital and offline channels. The role focuses on leveraging Adobe Creative Suite to produce high‑quality content that supports brand objectives and engages target audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute integrated communication plans aligned with business goals.
• Develop clear messaging, positioning statements, and value propositions for diverse audiences.
• Produce content for websites, social media, email newsletters, blogs, advertising campaigns, and event materials.
• Maintain editorial calendars to ensure timely delivery of content across all platforms.
• Plan and manage exhibitions, seminars, and digital campaigns (SEM, email, social media).
• Track campaign performance, analyse metrics and recommend optimisation actions.
• Ensure brand consistency in tone, visual identity and collateral.
• Create and update brand assets such as logos, taglines and guidelines.
• Build relationships with media, influencers and draft press releases or media pitches.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced marketing environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
