About the role

Damos Group is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator to join its Business Bay office. The role focuses on producing engaging short‑form video content, planning social media campaigns, and supporting both marketing and real‑estate teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging Reels, videos and other social‑media content for multiple platforms.
• Develop fresh, trending content ideas and write compelling hooks, captions and short‑form video scripts.
• Shoot and edit high‑quality video content.
• Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar.
• Stay updated with the latest social‑media trends and formats.
• Collaborate with marketing and real‑estate teams to produce integrated campaigns.

Required profile

• Creative mindset with strong communication skills.
• Good understanding of major social‑media platforms.
• Ability to create engaging short‑form content.
• Strong visual storytelling and eye for detail.
• Open to freshers as well as experienced candidates.
• Experience in real‑estate or business‑related content is a plus.
