Content Creator & Videographer – Sports

About the role

Prime Talent Football Academy is seeking a creative and passionate Content Creator & Videographer to join the team full‑time. The role focuses on capturing the energy and key moments of training sessions, matches, tournaments and other academy activities.

Key responsibilities

• Capture high‑quality video and photography during training sessions, matches, tournaments, events and showcases.
• Create engaging Reels, short‑form videos, match highlights, player features and behind‑the‑scenes content.
• Edit videos and photos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
• Develop creative content ideas that reflect the Prime Talent brand and football environment.
• Produce promotional material for academy programmes, campaigns, trials, tournaments and events.
• Stay updated with current football and social‑media content trends.
• Collaborate with the academy team to plan and execute content.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge and understanding of football.
• Previous experience in sports videography and photography.
• Proven ability to create engaging social‑media content.
• Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating sports‑related work.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Reliable, organized, professional and comfortable in a fast‑paced football environment.
• Flexibility to attend evening training sessions, weekend matches, tournaments and events.

Required skills

• Video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut).
• Camera operation, framing, lighting and composition.
• Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts creation.
