Content & Growth Contractor

About the role

We are looking for a remote Content & Growth Contractor to own content creation and organic distribution for three live mobile apps. You will work autonomously, turning founder‑provided concepts and scripts into short‑form videos, seeding them in relevant communities, and tracking performance to drive organic installs.

Key responsibilities

• Create and edit short‑form video content for iOS and Android apps.
• Publish content across platforms and seed it within target communities.
• Research and engage with creators and influencers to amplify reach.
• Monitor performance metrics, track organic installs via UTM links, and report results weekly.
• Maintain weekly check‑ins with the founder while operating independently.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated individual comfortable with asynchronous remote work.
• Strong creative eye for video production and storytelling.
• Ability to analyse simple performance data and adjust tactics.
• Experience managing content pipelines without micromanagement.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base compensation of $800 per month, contingent on weekly content targets.
• Performance bonus up to $400 per month tied to organic installs.
• 3‑month contract, renewable based on performance.
• Fully remote, flexible schedule across any timezone.
