Content Manager (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and creative Content Manager to lead the planning, development, management, and optimisation of content across our real‑estate development portfolio. The role will shape content strategy that communicates projects, investment opportunities, lifestyle offerings and the brand story to target audiences in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with brand and development objectives, building monthly and quarterly calendars.
• Create and manage Arabic and English copy for social media, websites, brochures, campaigns, email marketing, press releases and corporate communications.
• Oversee social‑media content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook and coordinate visual assets with videographers/photographers.
• Produce project‑specific content for launches, architecture, amenities, investment opportunities and ensure accuracy and approvals.
• Support marketing campaigns, events and activations with pre‑, live‑ and post‑event content, collaborating with creative teams and external partners.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare regular reports and use insights to optimise future content strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, English, Arabic or related field.
• 6–8+ years of experience in content management, digital marketing or social‑media communications, preferably in UAE real‑estate or related sectors.
• Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English with strong copy‑writing and editorial skills in both languages.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
