Content Writer

About the role

MultiBank Group is seeking a talented Content Writer to produce high‑quality, education‑led and brand‑building content across its digital channels. You will translate complex financial topics such as CFDs, forex, indices, commodities, metals, shares, and crypto into clear, engaging, and compliant copy that reflects the company’s voice.

Key responsibilities

• Write and edit long‑form and mid‑form content, including blog articles, landing pages, website copy, platform explainers, newsletters, knowledge‑base articles, and campaign‑supporting copy.
• Create short‑form promotional copy for paid social, display, search, email, WhatsApp, push notifications, and SMS.
• Develop educational series covering trading basics, market explainers, and platform‑feature content.
• Produce original Arabic‑first content and adapt English pieces into high‑quality Arabic while preserving meaning and tone.
• Support SEO initiatives through keyword alignment, on‑page structure, meta titles and descriptions, internal linking, and content refreshes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Performance, Product, Design, and Compliance teams to ensure content meets campaign goals and regulatory standards.
• Leverage AI tools for ideation, drafting, editing, repurposing, and iterative content improvement.
• Manage multiple briefs and deadlines, ensuring accuracy, engagement, and audience relevance.
• Track performance metrics such as engagement, CTR, time on page, and conversions, and optimise copy based on insights.

Required profile

• Proven content‑writing experience supported by published writing samples.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range across long‑form and short‑form formats.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic with the ability to produce publishable Arabic‑first content.
