Continuous Improvement Specialist – Vertiv Operating Systems

About the role

The Continuous Improvement Specialist will lead and implement CI projects, such as Lean and Lean Six Sigma initiatives, to enhance department performance in line with Vertiv’s key initiatives. This role works within a highly skilled team of change agents, collaborating with internal departments, customers and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and implement continuous improvement projects, including Lean and Lean Six Sigma initiatives, to drive KPI improvements.
• Act as a change agent, fostering cultural transformation and adoption of process improvement practices across assigned departments.
• Conduct site analysis, baseline assessments, financial analysis, and ongoing measurement of business processes.
• Partner with department managers to develop and deploy Vertiv Operating System (VOS) strategies and communicate VOS concepts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Six Sigma or Lean certification preferred.
• Proven track record of operational execution and leading diverse teams.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment with minimal supervision.
