Continuous Improvement Specialist – VOS

About the role

The Continuous Improvement Specialist will lead Lean and Lean Six Sigma initiatives to boost performance across assigned departments. Working under the VOS Manager, you will act as a change agent, fostering a culture of process excellence and collaborating with internal teams, customers and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and implement Continuous Improvement projects (Lean, Lean Six Sigma) to improve departmental KPIs.
• Drive cultural transformation and adoption of process‑improvement practices, diagnosing and removing barriers to success.
• Manage business‑improvement projects including data analysis, planning, change management and CI training.
• Conduct site analysis, establish baselines, perform financial analysis and ensure continuous measurement.
• Partner with department managers to develop and deploy Vertiv Operating System (VOS) strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Six Sigma / Lean certifications preferred.
• Proven track record of operational execution and leading diverse teams.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment with minimal supervision and influence without formal authority.
