Contract Administrator – Defense Aftermarket (Dubai)

About the role

Embraer’s Defense Aftermarket Services and Support team in Dubai is seeking a proactive Contract Administrator to oversee the full lifecycle of complex contracts within the aerospace and defense sector. The role combines contract governance, financial monitoring, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful contract execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the contract management process, ensuring end‑to‑end oversight from initiation to close‑out.
• Verify compliance with contractual obligations, milestone delivery, and financial targets (revenue, cost, gross margin).
• Monitor and report on contract financial performance, including forecasting and variance analysis.
• Act as a strategic liaison between internal teams and customers, fostering collaboration and transparency.
• Conduct risk analysis, identify early warnings, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Manage customer communications professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); Arabic and/or Portuguese a plus.
• Proven experience administering complex contracts, preferably in defense or aerospace.
• Strong understanding of contractual frameworks, financial metrics, and project execution.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Customer‑centric mindset and willingness to travel internationally on short notice.
