Contract Management Supervisor – Engineering

About the role

The Contract Management Supervisor – Engineering will centralise and maintain all engineering contracts and related documentation within the contracts database. Working closely with business users, you will ensure accurate indexing, compliance monitoring and effective cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Generate regular and ad‑hoc reports on contract status and share them with the Procurement team and relevant business units.
• Support the Contracts Management Unit in improving processes and tools for faster turnaround.
• Act as the primary point of contact for contractual queries, notices and communications.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date repository of executed contracts and monitor compliance with contractual terms.
• Track Free‑Of‑Charge spare parts, contractual credit claims and ensure proper recording in the compliance system.
• Update amendments to Buyer Furnished Equipment contracts and General Terms Agreements in both digital and hard‑copy repositories.
• Index Aircraft Readiness Logbook entries for new aircraft deliveries in the Engineering Procurement Portal.
• Assist the Contract Management Officer with price‑review activities, including sanitising catalogue price lists and loading data into Aeroxchange.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of contract data.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with multiple business units.
• Experience in contract administration, procurement or related fields.
