Contracts Manager – Real Estate

About the role

Dubai Holding Real Estate is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead procurement, cost control and contract administration for its strategic development projects. You will work closely with civil, MEP and other disciplines to ensure projects stay on budget and comply with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare budgetary cost estimates and Order of Magnitude figures for planning decisions.
• Manage procurement processes, issue inquiries and compile bid summaries.
• Provide contractual and procurement advice, ensuring compliance with company policies and obligations.
• Monitor and control costs during design and execution to maintain budget adherence.
• Conduct cost analysis for new, repair and maintenance works.
• Coordinate material and cost evaluations across civil, MEP and other disciplines.
• Perform risk analysis and implement mitigation strategies.
• Oversee tendering, contractor selection and procurement to achieve best value.
• Review BOQs, contractor bills, variations and claims for accuracy.
• Administer contracts, payments and reporting to ensure financial integrity.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Contracts Management (certifications preferred).
• 4–6 years of experience in contract management, cost control and quantity surveying.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC, contract law and procurement practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
