About the role

The Coordinator – Commercial Strategy & Market Development supports the division that drives commercial strategy and profitable growth for Daman. This entry‑level position offers UAE nationals progressive exposure to strategy planning, market analysis and operational performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Lead commercial strategy planning aligned with growth and diversification objectives.
• Develop financial targets, functional KPIs and predictive analytics to monitor performance.
• Conduct primary and secondary market research, synthesize findings and present them in reports and slide decks.
• Evaluate new markets and business lines, creating robust business cases for strategic initiatives.
• Provide project‑management oversight for priority tasks and coordinate cross‑functional initiatives.
• Manage meeting logistics, minutes, action tracking and departmental documentation.
