Coordinator – Drilling Services (Technical & Sales, Cementing)

About the role

The Coordinator for Drilling Services will act as the primary link between technical and operational teams, ensuring high‑quality cementing operations in the field. You will validate job programs, coordinate daily activities, and support the delivery of tailored cementing solutions to ADNOC Drilling customers.

Key responsibilities

• Validate job proposals and align technical requirements with available resources.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities of technical staff and resource planners.
• Generate post‑job analysis reports, recommend improvements, and share lessons learned.
• Develop and publish case histories, success stories, and industry papers.
• Maintain and update BOD reports covering all field types.
• Engage with customers to design and sell customized cementing solutions, considering pricing and competitive offers.
• Supervise technical investigations of irregular jobs, issue NCRs, and manage failure reports.
• Collaborate with other product lines for detailed cement bond log analyses.

Required profile

• BSc/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• 7–10 years of experience in cementing engineering or related drilling services.
• Proven ability to work independently and make tactical technical decisions.
• Strong analytical skills for job design validation and post‑job reporting.
