Corporate Banking Relationship Manager – Dubai (UAE National)

About the role

The Relationship Manager will develop and manage large to medium corporate client relationships for Emirates Islamic Bank in Dubai. You will analyse client needs, propose tailored banking solutions and drive revenue growth while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Regularly review the market to identify opportunities in allocated segments and develop proposals for approval.
• Prepare and gain approval for proposals that meet bank policies and customer needs.
• Establish and maintain key relationships to leverage business achievement.
• Provide professional advice on products and services and coordinate with other units.
• Ensure 100% adherence to policies, procedures and audit requirements.
• Maintain credit risk quality and portfolio health across the assigned client base.
• Drive revenue growth and client retention through strategic relationship management.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned with the bank’s product suite.
• Identify cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities by analysing client portfolios and market trends.
• Collaborate with product, credit and operations teams to deliver seamless end‑to‑end solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate customer relationship management or institutional banking.
• Exposure to credit analysis, KYC/AML processes and banking platforms such as Finacle or Temenos.
• Strong understanding of market trends, competitive environment and local regulatory framework.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain high‑quality relationships.
