Corporate Counsel

About the role

Bybit is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join its legal team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves providing strategic legal guidance across regulatory, commercial and corporate governance matters, ensuring the business operates within the required legal frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on regulatory agreements, licensing requirements and compliance obligations across multiple markets.
• Review, draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, partnership arrangements and service contracts.
• Support corporate governance matters such as board resolutions, entity management and internal controls.
• Assist business stakeholders in interpreting regulatory developments and implementing practical compliance frameworks.
• Coordinate with external counsel on jurisdiction‑specific issues, including regulatory queries from the US and other regions.
• Identify legal risks and propose balanced, business‑aligned solutions.
• Develop and maintain internal legal policies, templates and knowledge resources.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer admitted to the bar in Singapore, Malaysia, the United Kingdom or Hong Kong.
• 3–6 years of experience in corporate, commercial or regulatory law, either in‑house or in private practice.
• Strong drafting, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters concurrently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Exposure to international regulatory requirements is a plus.

Required skills
