Corporate Finance Manager

About the role

Mira Construction is seeking a seasoned Corporate Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of its real‑estate development projects in Dubai. The role combines treasury oversight, fundraising, and strategic financial structuring to support the company’s growth and investment objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall financial operations, cash flow, liquidity and treasury activities for development projects.
• Develop and implement treasury and cash‑management strategies tailored to real‑estate development.
• Maintain and expand relationships with UAE banks, lenders, and investment partners.
• Lead fundraising, debt financing, project financing and other capital‑raising initiatives.
• Structure financing solutions, prepare financial models, feasibility studies, cash‑flow forecasts and investment reports.
• Coordinate credit facilities, guarantees, letters of credit, overdrafts and monitor debt covenants.
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial, corporate, tax, banking and regulatory requirements.
• Support cross‑border transactions and work closely with legal, investment and senior management teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of finance experience within UAE real‑estate development.
• Hands‑on treasury and cash‑flow management experience.
• Proven track record in fundraising, debt or project financing.
• Strong existing relationships with UAE banks and financial institutions.
• Ability to work independently and advise senior management on strategic financial matters.
