Corporate Lawyer

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Dubai and focuses on providing corporate legal advice to a diverse client base. The role involves guiding clients through regulatory compliance matters, particularly within the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) sector.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on corporate and commercial law issues.
• Interpret and apply TMT‑specific regulations, data‑privacy rules, licensing requirements and other sector‑specific legislation.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and corporate documents.
• Monitor changes in relevant laws and ensure clients remain compliant.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and support business transactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognised university.
• Minimum five years of experience in corporate/commercial law.
• Demonstrable experience in regulatory compliance, especially within TMT, data privacy and licensing.
• Strong client‑facing communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Previous experience in a reputable law firm or in‑house legal department.
