Corporate Lawyer – Trading & Commodities (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled corporate lawyer to join our client’s team in Dubai. The role involves providing legal guidance across all business operations, ensuring compliance with both UAE and international regulations, and supporting commercial activities in the trading and commodities sector. Fluency in Tagalog and English is essential for effective collaboration with local stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support for corporate and trading operations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE and international laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and manage contracts and corporate documents.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks in high‑value trading activities.
• Support commercial growth initiatives with sound legal strategies.
• Communicate effectively in Tagalog and English with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Licensed corporate lawyer with at least 7 years of professional experience.
• Strong background in trading, commodities, and corporate law.
• Proven expertise in contract management and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Fluency in both Tagalog and English.
