Corporate Paralegal

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Paralegal to provide expert advice on corporate structures and support the management team with a range of legal and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will work closely with multiple departments to ensure compliance, draft legal documents, and conduct thorough research on corporate law matters.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, amend, and advise on appropriate corporate structures, identifying required documents and structural changes.
• Research and advise on current and upcoming company law and employee regulations.
• Review and advise on daily company formation transactions.
• Draft, review, and perform due diligence on contracts and commercial agreements.
• Prepare various legal documents, including notices and memos.
• Support all departments with legal requirements as needed.
• Assist the Head of Applicant Support and related managers in developing transaction materials and strategic planning.
• Resolve escalated issues promptly and conduct random transaction checks for quality assurance.
• Prepare monthly and weekly reports for the department head.
• Analyze application and process errors of the offshore team and recommend procedural improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in law (mandatory); additional certifications or a master’s degree are a plus.
• 2‑4 years of experience in business set‑up, company formation, or corporate law.
• Hands‑on knowledge of corporate law and ability to draft legal documents.
• Strong analytical skills for due diligence on company formation contracts.
• Excellent legal referencing abilities to support decision‑making.
• Exceptional collaboration, communication, and judgement.
• Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory).
