Corporate Paralegal

About the role

Our client, a leading business‑setup firm in the UAE, is looking for a Corporate Paralegal to support its corporate services team. The successful candidate will work on company formation, corporate structuring and legal documentation, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Advise internal teams on appropriate company structures and required documentation for business setup.
• Research, interpret and apply laws, rules and regulations related to company formation and employee compliance.
• Review, draft and conduct due‑diligence on contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
• Provide legal and administrative support to various departments, preparing necessary paperwork.
• Monitor application quality and suggest process improvements.
• Prepare weekly and monthly management reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s or relevant certification preferred).
• 2‑4 years of experience as a paralegal or legal support professional in company formation or business‑setup environments.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and ability to draft legal documents.
• Excellent research, drafting and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Good communication and sound judgment.
