Corporate Sales Manager – Hotel (Assistant to Senior)

About the role

We are seeking dynamic professionals to join our hotel’s corporate sales team at various levels – Assistant Sales Manager, Sales Manager, and Senior Sales Manager. The role focuses on driving revenue across all hotel streams by cultivating and managing key corporate accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly individual revenue targets set by the Department Head.
• Generate, develop, and retain corporate accounts through sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, and entertainment.
• Promote all hotel revenue streams including rooms, food & beverage, banqueting, conferences, and events.
• Conduct market analysis, monitor trends, and identify new business opportunities.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums to generate leads.
• Prepare accurate monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.
• Collaborate with internal departments to maximize market penetration and customer satisfaction.
• For senior positions, coach and motivate team members to meet departmental goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Relevant hotel sales experience: 5–6 years for Senior Sales Manager, 3–5 years for Sales Manager, minimum 3 years for Assistant Sales Manager.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, sales processes, and local market dynamics.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera PMS.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
