Corporate Sales Manager

About the role

The Corporate Sales Manager will design and execute the sales strategy for all product lines, focusing on revenue growth, profitability and brand positioning within the hospitality sector. You will lead a high‑performing sales team and nurture corporate relationships to expand market share.

Key responsibilities

• Define overall sales strategy, annual budget and quarterly targets.
• Identify growth opportunities, formulate expansion plans and support business development initiatives.
• Lead and manage key accounts, ensuring revenue increase and high customer satisfaction; report monthly to the General Manager.
• Maintain ongoing contact with corporate customers, track issue resolution and deliver profitable solutions.
• Collect, analyse and communicate business intelligence to inform decision‑making.
• Oversee marketing campaign planning and execution, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
• Direct customer‑satisfaction programs, metrics and policies.
• Manage sales team administration, talent attraction, retention and skill development.

Required profile

• 7‑8 years of sales experience, including 3‑5 years in corporate sales and key‑account management within a consumer industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation and deal‑closing abilities.
• Proven focus on sales and business development.
• Experience in sales planning and customer service.
• Well‑educated; an MBA is a plus.
